Updated name, and minor fixes to adapt to iOS 14.

There have been a few bug reports that I would like to fix in a new version.

• [x] Fix "Open Settings" brings to app-specific settings in Settings instead of main Settings page
• [x] Fix Twitter that doesn't come back to normal after it's been enabled

1.0 - August 12 2020

Just released to the App Store! 🎉 In the meantime, I have just found out that I can use the same content blocking technology I have been using for iOS on the Mac, so I think it makes sense to bring the app to the Mac (should be a fun learning experience).
